Join the A127 towards Southend-on-Sea
 

  1. Take the second exit at Cuckoo Corner roundabout towards Shoeburyness.
  2. Follow the road around Priory Park and over the rail bridge.
  3. At the roundabout adjacent to the recreation ground take the second exit and continue along Eastern Avenue.
  4. At the roundabout adjacent to Waitrose take the second exit along Eastern Avenue.
  5. At the roundabout adjacent to Kids Kingdom take the second exit along Artillery Way.
  6. At the double roundabout turn left and move immediately into the right hand lane, take the second exit.
  7. At the mini roundabout take the first exit.
  8. At the roundabout adjacent to The Angel Inn take the second exit into North Shoebury Road.
  9. At the roundabout adjacent to ASDA take the second exit and then drive over the rail bridge.
  10. At the roundabout adjacent to the North Shoebury Ford Garage take the second exit and then drive over the rail bridge.
  11. At the next roundabout take the third exit which leads into Vanguard Business Park.
  12. Take the first road on the left and drive to the end. Drive through the yellow gates, you are now in the Seedbed Business Centre.
