Our Team

Barry became owner of The Seedbed Centre on 24th November 2016. Prior to this date, Barry was Managing Director and founder of Flowline Limited, a specialist drainage contractor based in Rayleigh, employing some 140+ people. His business experience can help provide invaluable support to Seedbed Businesses.

Glenda has been with The Seedbed Centre since July 2009 and currently job shares her position with Hayley Wainwright. Glenda can generally be seen here on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (morning only). Glenda is very friendly and happy to assist with general office duties and enquiries.

Mark has been Maintenance Technician at The Seedbed Centre since April 2000. He lives and breathes The Seedbed Centre and is always willing to lend a hand to Tenants, assisting with deliveries, security and minor repairs.

Sharon has just joined the Seedbed Centre as our New Accounts Manager
Sharon was previously employed by the Seedbed Owner, Barry Robins, at his previous business for some 19 years, before finally leaving in September 2016. She is a friendly and capable person who is ideally suited to the Seedbed environment.

Hayley has joined the Seedbed Centre in July 2017 and shares the full time receptionist position with Glenda Smith. Hayley can generally be seen at Seedbed, on Wednesday afternoons, Thursdays and Fridays. Hayley is a friendly welcoming person and we are pleased to have her as part of our team.
